These terms govern your use of services from Ai Ling Tsui, a sole proprietor doing business as Anna Tailor and operating as Anna's Tailor (also styled Anna's Tailor & Alterations) ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 200 N Greensboro St, Ste A-2, Carrboro, NC 27510, including our order-notification text message program and our Anna's Tailor order-management app. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms.

Text notifications

Give us your mobile number when you drop off an order and we can text you about your order — no need to guess or call ahead. We send transactional order-status messages only, such as:

• A text when your order is ready for pickup.
• A text when your pickup date changes.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you opt in

Opt-in is at the point of sale: when you drop off an order, you may give our staff your mobile number in person and agree to receive order-status texts. Providing your number is optional and is not a condition of any purchase — you may decline and still place an order.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity — typically one to three messages per order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for these messages.

Opting out — STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further order-status texts unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by contacting us at hello@annastailor.com or (919) 918-7688.

Supported carriers & liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
